    Es objeto del presente estudio el análisis del Proyecto de Ley de Regulación de los deportes electrónicos en la República Argentina, presentado en la Cámara de Diputados de la República Argentina en abril de 2018. Tal análisis lo abordaremos tras hacer referencia a la dimensión de la industria del videojuego, y los deportes electrónicos, en Argentina, y prestando especial atención al encaje de la regulación que contiene el proyecto con la que se contiene en la Ley Nacional de Deportes N° 20.655, recientemente reformada por el Decreto 92/2019

    The aim of this study is the analysis of the Draft Law of Regulation of electronic sports in the Argentine Republic, presented in the Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Republic in April 2018. Such analysis will be discussed after referring the dimension of the Argentina´s industry of the videogame and electronic sports. We will pay special attention to the fit of the regulation that contains the project with the one contained in the National Sports Law No. 20,655, recently reformed by Decree 92/2019
