Resumen de La enseñanza de los derechos humanos: valores y principios éticos en la formación docente
Education on human rights is essential for the promotion and respect for themselves and democratic life of a nation. There is certainly a close connection between human rights and cognitive and methodological contents of the various disciplines and fields of university knowledge with a particular model of social-political-legal organization that we call "social and democratic state of law"; so we deserve a social order that guarantees us our human rights. In this sense it is necessary to review the prevailing conceptions of human development proposing a paradigm based on rights and ethics. And move towards the formation of an awareness and global ethics. It is urgent a comprehensive vision of development that incorporates aspects such as quality of life, environmental protection, access to decent work, poverty eradication, democratization of all aspects of social life, transparency and ethics in the sector public and private sector.
