Resumen de ENUSA serving the European BWR market
This article provides a review of the ENUSA activities at the front end of the fuel cycle focusing on the BWR products and the relationship with GNF to allow the supply to the domestic and European customers of state-of-the-art technology. In addition, details are provided about the performance of GNF2 and the expected performance of the next generation fuel product, GNF3. A total of 12 GNF3 lead use assemblies are in operation at three utilities in the U.S. This fuel design is scheduled to be available for full reloads in 2019.
