Resumen de Gerencia interinstitucional de la investigación científica en el sector universitario público venezolano

El presente ensayo, aborda la problemática de la gerencia de la investigación científica en el sector universitario público venezolano, a la luz de las políticas de ciencia y tecnología planteadas por el Estado venezolano actual, en la reciente Ley Orgánica de Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación. Se esbozan las políticas de ciencia y tecnología del Estado venezolano actual, la alta gerencia de la investigación científica en las universidades públicas venezolanas y los mecanismos de gerencia interinstitucional. Se propone a la gerencia interinstitucional como estrategia interdisciplinaria, multiparadigmática y de cogerencia de sistemas para el entendimiento en materia de ciencia y tecnología entre el Estado como entidad política y el sector universitario público como entidad académica.

The present essay approaches the problem of the management of the scientific investigation in the sector university Venezuelan public, by the light of the science politicians and technology outlined by the current Venezuelan State, in the recent Organic Law of Science, Technology and Innovation. The science politicians and technology of the current Venez uelan State are sketched, the high management of the scientific investigation in the universities public Venezuelans and the mechanisms of management interinstitutional. The essay proposes to the management interinstitutional as interdisciplinary strategy, multiparadigmatic and of co management of systems for the understanding as regards science and technology among the State as political entity and the public university sector as academic entity.
