Resumen de Enfoque epistemológico de la flexibilidad en la organización

El objetivo del presente artículo es ampliar el marco de análisis del andamiaje epistemológico situándolo en su relación con los sistemas organizacionales. Desde una óptica de la teoría de la flexibilidad enmarcada en la investigación etnográfica y su creciente utilización, todo ello en correspondencia a tener una perspectiva distinta de querer adosar el conocimiento e instaurarlo en pro de una caracterización distinta, donde el individuo se hace copartícipe de acciones tendentes al abordaje y aplicación práctica de vivencias, siendo esta una fuente sustentable en el tiempo, en virtud de que se logre una plataforma de aprendizaje al respecto.

The objective of the present articulates it is to enlarge the mark of analysis of the scaffolding epistemológico locating it in its relationship with the organizational systems. From an optics of the theory of the flexibility framed in the investigation ethnographic and their growing use, everything it in correspondence to have a different perspective of wanting to embed the knowledge and to establish it in pro of a different characterization, where the individual becomes joint of actions tendentes to the boarding and practical application of vivencias, being this a sustainable source in the time by virtue of that a learning platform is achieved in this respect.
