    Le recenti pronunce della giurisprudenza europea, alcune decisioni evolutive della Corte costituzionale e le ultime novelle normative, non possono che stimolare alcune riflessioni sulla reale portata dei diritti fondamentali nel processo, ormai in crisi ed incompatibili con le moderne concezioni populiste del diritto e del processo penale.

    The recent rulings of European case-law, some evolutionary decisions of the Constitutional Court and the latest legislation, can only stimulate some reflections on the real scope of fundamental rights in the trial, now in crisis and incompatible with the modern populist conceptions of the law and the criminal trial
