El presente trabajo se propone analizar las relaciones jurídicas existentes entre el Derecho Agrario brasileño y el agronegocio (agroindustria o agribusiness ) y, a partir del análisis de los orígenes y del estudio de su objeto, demostrar que las normas agrarias todavía constituyen la principal base normativa que regula las relaciones jurídicas del sector agrario brasileño

The present article intends to analyze the existing legal relations between Brazilian Agrarian Law and agribusiness, and, through an analysis of the origins of its main object of study to show that the rules of Agrarian Law still constitute to the main normative basis for the legal relationships in the Brazilian agrarian sector.
