    In this article, the author describes how the economic and financial crisis of 2008 made the States realise that the rules were not adapted anymore and that they needed to change. He also analysis the progress made under the leadership of the G20 in the area of tax transparency and in fighting against tax avoidance.

    Dans cet article, l'auteur décrit comment la crise économique et financière de 2008 a fait prendre conscience aux États que les règles n'étaient plus adaptées et qu'il fallait les changer. Il analyse également les progrès accomplis sous l'égide du G20 en matière de transparence fiscale et de lutte contre l'optimisation fiscale agressive.
