Resumen de I poteri privati nell'odierno "diritto dello sviluppo economico".
The article moves from the teachings of Stefano Rodotà, and speculates on the perspectives of a civil law recodification through the lens of the «private powers» widely detectable in the current organization of economic and social order. To this task, the evolving sector of the «intangible economy» represents a valid field of investigation, which invites the interpreter to question the legitimacy of private relationships primarily driven by the imbalance of powers among individuals, and to think about ways of elaborating more effective power-related rules of law.
