    El objetivo del presente trabajo es patentizar que las tercerías excluyentes de dominio y de preferencia han permanecido olvidadas por las reformas laborales en México, a pesar de su incipiente regulación ya advertida hace más de cinco décadas por la doctrina laboral. Sin embargo, encontramos con gran asombro que a la fecha dichas instituciones están plagadas de lagunas y errores tan ingentes, que dificultan, retrasan y llegan a poner en riesgo la eficacia de la jurisdicción laboral. Por tanto, ante la inminente reforma de la Ley Federal del Trabajo, que con motivo de la inédita transformación realizada a la fracción XX, del inciso A, del artículo 123 constitucional del 24 de Febrero de 1917, es que en este trabajo proponemos diferentes reformas a estas significativas instituciones, a fin de lograr una jurisdicción laboral plena

    The objective of this paper is to make evident that the third-party domain and preference exclusives have remained left aside by the labor reforms in Mexico, despite of its incipient regulation already noticed more than five decades ago, by the labor doctrine. However, we found out, with great astonishment, that up to now such institutions are full of so big legal loopholes and errors, that they hinder, delay and jeopardize the effectiveness of the labor jurisdiction. Therefore, in the face of the imminent reform of the Federal Labor Law, which because of the unprecedented transformation carried out in the twentieth section, subsection A, of the 123 Constitutional article enacted in 1917, is that in this paper different reforms are proposed, to these important Institutions in order to achieve full labor jurisdiction
