The main purpose of this article is to elucidate Marc Richir’s attempt to refound Husserlian phenomenology, whose program is presented in his article : ‘La refonte de la phénoménologie’ (Annales de phénoménologie, 2008). For that purpose, we examine firstly his position on Husserl’s phenomenology. Secondly, we aim at elucidating phenomenological structure of consciousness that Richir specifies with a term of ‘regard’. That phenomenological moment is made up of three types of fantasy (phantasiai/affections, phantasiai ‘perceptives’ and phantasiai pures) and their schematization outside of classical concept of space and time. In conclusion, it is held that, so far from the simple critic of cognitive aspect of Husserlian phenomenology, Richir aims to extend human experiences, beyond the cognitive field, to their own depth called by the author ‘archaic’ dimension of life.
