  • Resumen
    • There is no standard model for judging the maturity of the software processes followed in software project outsourcing. The aim of this work is to describe a possible approach for assessing and improving software processes in software project outsourcing. This problem we solved by studying different processes followed by software companies for project outsourcing and current standards for software engineering CMM, ISO and PMI. In this paper, we propose a software process improvement solution for software project outsourcing. It will help project managerss apply established process improvement models and approaches in a non-dogmatic, sensible way that fits the culture and needs of each organization and ensure that requirements are clearly defined and communicated with the client and with the entire development team. Areas of considerations include requirements engineering, risk management, software peer reviews, project management, metrics and process assessment.
