  En este artículo analizo el procedimiento de asilo en el Estado español desde la experiencia de los sujetos que se introducen en él. Apoyándome en una metodología cualitativa en la que recurro a entrevistas en profundidad tanto con solicitantes de asilo como con técnicos de las organizaciones que trabajan con este colectivo, me aproximo al asilo desde dos puntos fundamentales, la acción de los sujetos y la espera, con el objetivo último de entender la relación que se establece entre el procedimiento y el sujeto solicitante. Dentro de esta relación se profundiza en una doble dirección, por un lado atendiendo al soporte humanitario dentro de una economía moral centrada en la biolegitimidad de los sujetos, y por otro abordando la construcción subjetiva de quien busca el reconocimiento de una protección internacional. Rompiendo desde una postura contra-intuitiva con la idea de que en la espera no hay acción, aquí se apuesta por diferentes niveles en las que ésta se manifiesta.

  In this article I analyze the procedure of asylum in the Spanish State from the experience of the subjects that are introduced in it. Relying on a qualitative methodology in which I resort to in-depth interviews with asylum seekers and technicians of the organizations which work with this group, I approach the asylum from two fundamental points, the action of the subjects and the wait, with the ultimate objective of understanding the relationship established between the procedure and the requesting subject. Within this relationship, it is deepened in a double direction, on the one hand attending to the humanitarian support within a moral economy centered on the subjects' biolegitimacy, and, on the other hand, addressing the subjective construction of those who seek the recognition of an international protection. Breaking from an anti-intuitive stance with the idea that there is no action in waiting, here we bet on different levels in which it manifests itself.
