Resumen de Las sentencias arbitrales de Torrellas de 1304
In this work the author shows how through the receipt of the Ius commune and the work of the glosadores and postglosadores and because of the work of the Italian and French Universities, a common substrate concept and purpose of arbitration was developed. Manifestation of that trend are The Torrellas Arbitral awards of 1304 which resolve the succession dispute among heirs of Alfonso X El Sabio in Castilla, and the occupation of Aragon of the Kingdom of Murcia.
