  Los diferentes elementos que intervienen en el discurso argumentativo expresado en actos de habla representan una construcción compleja para el sujeto que se esfuerza por convencer a otro de algo. Dicho discurso se estructura lingüística, intencional y pragmáticamente, en esta última se sitúa lo interaccional de la argumentación. Este artículo acerca el estudio de la argumentación al análisis del discurso y para ello se parte de comprender la argumentación como una forma de organización discursiva que es elegida por el hablante. El objetivo es definir qué ocurre en el proceso de argumentación a partir de una operación descriptiva donde se identifiquen las formas de los actos de habla

  The various elements that constitute argumentative discourse that is expressed through speech acts represent a complex construction for the person who attempts to convince someone of something. This discourse has a linguistic, intentional and pragmatic structure, the latter being where the interactive aspect of argumentation is situated. This article brings the study of argumentation to the field of discourse analysis. In order to do this, it begins by defining argumentation as a type of discursive organization chosen by the speaker. The aim is to define what happens in the argumentative process by way of a descriptive operation in which types of speech acts are identified.
