Ante la globalización, los gobiernos y las empresas turísticas buscan generar ventajas competitivas que las distingan del resto del mercado. En este documento se explora la manera en que la gestión de la marca de la Ciudad de México (CDMX) apoya esta búsqueda de competitividad, considerando el entorno, su composición y relaciones.Se emplea una metodología de análisis documental, exploratorio y transversal que permite comparar la gestión de la marca CDMX, con su posicionamiento y la derrama económica en cuanto a la hotelería, dada la necesidad de análisis de los resultados económicos para considerar la viabilidad del producto.
In the face of globalization, governments and tourism companies seek to generate competitive advantages that distinguish them from the rest of the market.
