  El objetivo general de esta investigación es analizar el acoso laboral desde una perspectiva doctrinal y jurídica. Se pretende enfatizar en la importancia que tiene eliminar este tipo de acciones que afectan los derechos de los trabajadores y en general el entorno de trabajo. Se trata de una investigación bibliográfica doctrinal y jurídica cuyo resultado ha determinado que el acoso laboral no solamente se presenta como un factor palpable desde la perspectiva de la realidad laboral en el mundo del trabajo, sino que requiere una reformulación jurídica mediante la elaboración de anteproyectos, leyes o reformas a leyes vigentes cuya efectividad en este tema no es la más conveniente.

  The general objective of this research is to analyze the labor issue from a doctrinal and legal perspective. It is intended to emphasize the importance of this type of actions that the rights of workers and in general the work environment.
