Resumen de La misión del docente como gerente desde otra mirada

Este ensayo pretende describir y reflexionar sobre la labor que realiza la docente en su rol de gerente desde lo administrativo, también, desde lo emocional, psicológico, espiritual y social, con una mirada de la gerencia como valor; basado en una experiencia en el Departamento de Pedagogía Infantil y Diversidad; allí la profesora asumió su papel de jefa y quiso transmitir sus vivencias, en cuanto a algunos de los procedimientos que deben seguirse durante cualquier semestre y las características puntuales que a su parecer tiene que poseer un líder dentro de ese espacio educativo.
La reflexión se concreta en el conjunto de valores que tiene que accionar el docente en el proceso administrativo llevado a cabo, a través de una persona empática, e inteligente emocional, con una buena salud psicológica y con la convicción espiritual que sirva como cimiento para dar respuestas a los otros, pero sin afectar emocionalmente el ser del educador.

This essay aims to describe and reflect on the work that the teacher performs in his role as manager from the administrative, also, from the emotional, psychological, spiritual and social, with a view of management as a value; based on an experience in the Department of Child Pedagogy and Diversity; there, the teacher assumed her role as leader and wanted to pass on her experiences, regarding some of the procedures that must be followed during any semester and the specific characteristics that, in her opinion, a leader must have within that educational space. The reflection is specified in the set of values that the teacher has to activate in the administrative process carried out, through an empathic, intelligent and emotional person, with good psychological health and with the spiritual conviction that serves as a foundation to give responses to others, but without emotionally affecting the being of the educator.
