    La presente investigación tuvo como propósito evaluar la seguridad social y las condiciones del trabajador en el medio rural. Esta investigación fue de campo de tipo evaluativa, con diseño no experimental. La población estuvo conformada por el total de trabajadores de una granja Avícola ubicada en el Estado Carabobo, distribuida de la siguiente manera: ciento cincuenta (150) obreros fijos y once (11) contratados para un total de ciento sesenta y un trabajadores (161). El muestreo fue probabilístico al azar tomando 62 trabajadores. Como instrumento de recolección de datos se utilizó un cuestionario tipo dicotómico conformado por veinte (20) ítems, validado a través del juicio de expertos y se aplicó la confiabilidad Kuder-Richardson arrojando un valor de 0,96 considerado altamente confiable. A través de la aplicación del instrumento a la muestra, se determinó que la granja objeto de estudio posee contratación colectiva que cubre la seguridad y las condiciones del trabajador en el medio rural, cumpliendo con el marco legal vigente.

    The present investigation was aimed to evaluate social security and rural worker conditions. This research was a field evaluative type, with non-experimental design. The population was conformed of total workforce of a poultry farmhouse located in Carabobo State, distributed in the following manner: hundred and fifty (150) fixed workers and eleven (11) hired for a total of one hundred and sixty-one workers (161). The sample was probabilistic random taking 62 workers. As an instrument of data collection was used a questionnaire, dichotomous type, conformed of twenty (20) items, validated through expert opinions and it was applied the Kuder-Richardson reliability yielding a value of 0.96 considered highly reliable. Through the application of the instrument to the sample, was determined that study farm has collective agreements covering security and rural worker conditions, complying with the existing legal framework
