    Tras las nuevas herramientas que han aparecido en el Aula Virtual de la UJI y los avisos sobre gestión de derechos de propiedad intelectual que nos aparecen continuamente en los cursos que gestionamos como docentes en el moodle de la UJI, parece que una solución es dejar de “colgar” físicamente documentos en la herramienta corporativa e incorporar cada vez más enlaces a sitios donde aparezca la información que queremos que consulten nuestros alumnos.

    Para poder cumplir con la Ley de Propiedad Intelectual lo que podemos es compartir con nuestros alumnos tanto links como información que esté directamente en nuestras cuentas. Se puede aprender a gestionar la información directamente desde documentos y embeberlos en cada uno de nuestros cursos del aula virtual. Si esto viene añadido a alguna metodología que nos ayude a compartir información con nuestros alumnos o que nuestros alumnos compartan información con nosotros de una manera sencilla y poder llevar un registro sobre el control de versiones, podremos hacer un mejor seguimiento de su aprendizaje y por lo tanto de nuestra docencia.

    After the appearance of new tools at the Virtual Classroom of UJI and the notices about paperwork of rights of intellectual property that are constantly appearing in the courses that we handle as teachers in the moodle of UJI, a solution appears to be to stop “hanging” documents physically at the corporative tool, and instead, incorporating every time more links to the places where our students will find the information we want them to check.

    In order to come into effect with the Intellectual Property Law, what can be done is sharing with our students both links and information that is directly in our accounts. The management of information can be learnt directly from documents and soak them in each one of our courses from the virtual classroom. If that comes attached to some methodology that can help us to share information with our students or that our students share information with us in a simple manner and we can deal with a register about the control of versions, we will be able to deal with a better monitoring of their learning, and therefore, of our teaching.
