After examining a great variety of latin sentences including accusative, the author concludes that there are three main values in accusative; first, an specific syntactical use as Direct Object; second, an specific value depending on semantical and syntactical contexts; thirth, a nonexistent value as far as the lexema the accusative to be added is so specific that using accusative doesn't make absolutely any difference.
