    General practitioners are confronted on a daily basis with their patients’ failure to adhere to their treatment. They need to understand the mechanisms at play and envisage the best way to reduce the misuse of treatments. The community pharmacist will participate more and more in this approach thanks notably to the development of the shared medication record
