  • The article examines the representation of metamorphosis and alchemy in the art of Bianca Bondi. Topics covered include how the vitrine, the technical apparatus that Bondi's art makes use of, is the result of the fusion between art and reality, the influence of Bondi's animist faith on her art, and how her installations which make use of the vitrines and plastic bags produce a diversion of certain elements and objects from the history of the world.
