    Se comenta la sentencia de la Sala de lo Social de lo Contencioso-Administrativo, Sección Tercera, del Tribunal Supremo, de 12 de marzo de 2019, que desestima el recurso de casación interpuesto por la ASOCIACIÓN DE FUTBOLISTAS ESPAÑOLES (AFE) por la que reclama la nulidad de pleno derecho de la decisión de la Liga Nacional de Futbol Profesional de negar el visado previo a la licencia de un jugador por haber superado el Club el límite de gasto de la plantilla.
