Resumen de A racionalidade médico-jurídica dos processos de alteração do registro civil de pessoas trans no estado do Rio de Janeiro

  The article aims to present problems and elaborations related to the production and affirmation of normative matrices and regulatory ideals related to the alteration of the civil registry of trans people, affirmed by a medical-juridical rationality operative in the contemporary modes of subjectivation. The analysis of judicial decisions, as a research device, carried out and concluded in the state of Rio de Janeiro, was articulated to the methodological intersection between the cartographic perspective of research and feminist epistemology of intersectional basis as ethico-political axes involved in the research, mainstreamed by Foucault's historical perspective. It has been proposed, based on bibliographical surveys, related to the methods of production of the notion of individual for the legal norm, norms, bills and international legislation that regulate the question and, finally, the production of cisgenerity as the normative matrix of the notion of individual and legal status.

  O artigo tem como objetivo apresentar problemáticas e elaborações relativas à produção e afirmação de matrizes normativas e ideais regulatórios relacionados à alteração do registro civil de pessoas trans, afirmada por uma racionalidade médico-jurídica operante nos modos de subjetivação contemporâneos. A análise de decisões judiciais, como dispositivo de pesquisa, efetivadas e concluídas no estado do Rio de Janeiro, ocorreu articulada à intersecção metodológica entre a perspectiva cartográfica de pesquisa e a epistemologia feminista de base interseccional como eixos ético-políticos envolvidos no ato de pesquisar, transversalizada pela perspectiva histórica de base foucaultiana. Foram propostas discussões, a partir de levantamentos bibliográficos, relacionadas aos modos de produção da noção de indivíduo para a norma jurídica, às normas, projetos de lei e legislação internacional que regulam a questão e, por fim, à produção da cisgeneridade como matriz normativa da noção de indivíduo e do status jurídico
