El artículo se propone analizar las relaciones internacionales entre China y América Latina bajo un perfl teórico. Esto porque los modelos de las relaciones internacionales hasta ahora han interpretado el mundo con una matriz europea o norteamericana. Sin embargo, tanto Asia como América Latina están buscando otros paradigmas para explicar los fenómenos globales. Este análisis busca encontrar puntos en común entre las relaciones internacionales chinas y latinoamericanas, a través de la profundización de las nuevas expresiones semánticas que manifestan un cambio concreto hacia la construcción de un nuevo orden internacional desde el Sur.

The article aims to analyze the international relations between China and LatinAmerica under a theoretical profle. This is because the models of internationalrelations that until now have interpreted the world are European or North American. However, both Asia and Latin America are looking for other paradigms to decline global phenomena. This analysis seeks to find common grounds between Chinese and Latin American international relations, through the deepening of new semantic expressions that manifest a concrete change towards the construction of a new international order from the South
