  RESUMEN En la actual investigación se hace un análisis de los enfoques pedagógicos que desde su planificación prevén una educación inclusiva,  en donde todas las personas tengan acceso de calidad al sistema educativo. Se articula un liderazgo sistémico en el docente con la finalidad de propiciar la integración de las diversas competencias de los estudiantes, esto desde una perspectiva sujeto cognoscente – sujeto cognoscente en posibilidad de construir conocimientos y experiencias para el intercambio de saberes que permiten el crecimiento integral de la persona.Es pertinente formar a los futuros docentes bajo la filosofía de inclusión educativa, esto les permite tener apertura al trabajo en equipo con el estudiante, reconociendo además la necesidad de promover un accionar holístico como generador de pensamiento crítico – reflexivo en concordancia con promover un ciudadano con pertinencia al crecimiento social.

  In the current investigation an analysis of the pedagogical approaches that from their planning provide for an inclusive education, where all people have quality access to the educational system is made. A systemic leadership is articulated in the teacher with the purpose of promoting the integration of the diverse competences of the students, this from a cognitive subject perspective - cognitive subject in possibility of building knowledge and experiences for the exchange of knowledge that allow the integral growth of person. It is pertinent to train future teachers under the philosophy of educational inclusion, this allows them to be open to teamwork with the student, also recognizing the need to promote a holistic action as a generator of critical - reflective thinking in accordance with promoting a citizen with relevance to social growth.
