    Ante la problemática de salud relacionada con la hipertensión arterial que afecta a todos los niveles geográficos y la necesaria realización de acciones que promuevan estilos de vida saludables; un equipo investigador realizó una revisión bibliográfica sobre los diferentes fundamentos teóricos y epidemiológicos, ligados a la realización de ejercicios físicos con la promoción de salud y la prevención de esa enfermedad.

    A research team carried out a bibliographic review on the different theoretical and epidemiological foundations due to health problems related to high blood pressure that affects all geographical levels and the necessary implementation of actions that promote healthy lifestyles. This bibliographic review was linked to the realization of physical exercises with the promotion of health and the prevention of that disease.
