    Este presente trabalho, tem por objetivo dialogar sobre a ideia de território e territorialidade, aplicando como objeto de pesquisa a Universidade Federal do Pampa. Busca se entender a UNIPAMPA como ator influenciador na região onde a mesma está estabelecida. Pautados pela metodologia qualitativa e métodos historiográfico e hermenêutico esta pesquisa chega a conclusão de que os 4 pontos elencados pela autora Sarita Albagli que identificam um ator influenciador de uma territorialidade, a Universidade Federal do Pampa contempla todos os mesmos, assim sendo uma política pública que está contribuindo com a região e corrigindo o problema inicial para a implementação da mesma

    The present paper intent to dialog about the idea of territory e territoriality, having as object of research the Federal University of Pampa - UNIPAMPA. Seeks out to understand the UNIPAMPA as actor of influence in the region where it is established. Based on the qualitative methodology and in the hermeneuthical method and historiographical method this research reachs to the conclusion that the 4 points listed by the author Sarita Albagli that identify an actor that influences a territoriality, the Federal University of Pampa contemplates all theese points, being, therefore, a public policy that is contributing with the region and correcting the inicial problem for your implementation
