La presente investigación buscó establecer cómo deben ser las políticas desarrollo del talento humano orientadas a la mejora de calidad de servicio hotelero. La metodología fue con un análisis correlativo, aplicado a muestras simultaneas de las zonas de Lima y Huánuco, tomando como muestra a trabajadores de establecimiento de Lima y Huánuco, a quienes se les evaluó a través de instrumentos para apreciar las dos variables del presente estudio, la primera de ellas, la independiente, la política de desarrollo del talento, la segunda, la dependiente, la calidad del servicio hotelero, obteniendo un índice de correlación de 0.981 ptos.; es decir, 98.1%, con un índice de libertad de 0,019 o 1,9%, con lo que validamos nuestra hipótesis alterna, concluyendo que a mayor aplicación de las políticas de desarrollo del talento humano orientadas, mejorará la calidad de servicio hotelero en los casos de estudio, lo que se puede manifestar a través de una percepción regular de los indicadores de ambas variables.
The present research sought to establish how human talent development policies should be oriented towards the improvement of hotel service quality. The methodology was with a correlative analysis, applied to simultaneous samples of the zones in Lima and Huánuco; taking as sample workers from Lima and Huánuco, who were evaluated through instruments that were responsible for appreciating our two variables of the present study, the first of them the independent, the talent development policy, the second one, the dependent, the quality of the hotel service, obtaining a correlation index of 0.981 pts.; that is, 98.1%, with an index of freedom of 019 or 1.9%; with which we validate our alternative hypothesis; which we end up that a greater application of the human talent development policies oriented will improve the quality of hotel service in the case studies, which can be manifested through a regular perception of the indicators of both variables.
