    The dialogue between health professionals and their patients constitutes a subtle series of information exchanges which are structured around five main themes according to the model drawn up by Howard Leventhal. This model is a methodology of listening and analysis, enabling the pharmacist to understand the perception which each person has of their disease. It constitutes a working basis, allowing pharmacists to help patients think about their own needs and expectations

    Le dialogue entre un professionnel de santé et son patient constitue un ensemble subtil d’échanges d’informations qui s’articulent autour de cinq principales thématiques selon le modèle élaboré par Howard Leventhal. Ce modèle est une méthodologie d’écoute et d’analyse, permettant au pharmacien de comprendre la perception que chaque personne a de sa propre maladie. Il constitue une base de travail, l’aidant à faire évoluer la réflexion du malade vis-à-vis de ses propres besoins et attentes.
