Resumen de La « RSE politique »: état de l’art et agenda critique de recherche

Political CSR has raised an increasing interest in Business and Society field of study in recent years. It refers to the movement of companies into the political sphere to address the social and environmental problems. The aim of this article is to review the theoretical foundations of the political role of companies, to underline their limitations and to develop a critical research agenda by showing how political CSR constitutes a governable space that is a specific configuration of discourses, rationalities, programmes and technologies of government.

La RSE politique suscite un intérêt croissant dans le champ Business and Society ces dernières années. Elle renvoie à l’investissement de la sphère politique par les entreprises afin de répondre aux défis sociétaux globaux. Cet article se propose de passer en revue les courants de recherche qui ont contribué à l’étude de la politisation des entreprises, à souligner leurs limites et à proposer un agenda de recherche critique qui met en exergue que la RSE politique constitue un espace gouvernable régi par différents discours, rationalités, programmes et technologies de gouvernement.
