Resumen de Novel Advanced Nanomaterials and Devices for Nanoelectronics and Photonics

This chapter has three main building blocks. In the first one, the current efforts directed toward the development of advanced nanomaterials for the future fabrication of high-performance electronics and photonics devices are presented. In the second, the present trends regarding the creation of nanoelectronic devices of improved performance, including transistors, memories, and molecular devices, are discussed. In the third one, the most promising novel devices that have been proposed for different applications in the field of nanophotonics are introduced.
