    Análisis del control económico implantado por la LNFP en el fútbol profesional español desde el prisma del Derecho de la Competencia, estudiando la situación previa al control, la incidencia del RD 5/2015 de 30 de abril y el estado económico actual de los clubes. Hemos utilizado el famoso caso del futbolista Pedro León, perteneciente por aquel entonces al Getafe CF SAD, que vio como se le impidió disputar partidos por el incumplimiento del límite salarial por parte de su club. ¿Cumple el Control Económico la normativa nacional y comunitaria sobre la competencia? Repaso del marco jurídico sobre el que se sustentan las instituciones deportivas españolas y el marco disponible que ostenta el control económico, concluyendo con posibles soluciones para reforzar la seguridad jurídica de la normativa económica que asegura el correcto funcionamiento económico de los clubes profesionales españoles.

    Analysis of the economic control introduced by the LNFP in the spanish professional football through the perspective of the Competence Law, studying the previous situation of control, the incidence of the RD 5/2015 April 30 and the actual economic situation of the clubs. We have used the famous case of the football player Pedro León, at that time belonging to the Getafe CF SAD, who could see how he was forbidden to dispute matches due to the breach of the financial fair play by the club. Does the national and communal regulation accomplish the economic control above the competences? We review not only the legal framework in which the Spanish sports institutions are supported but also the available framework that holds the economic control, concluding with the possible solutions to reforce the legal security and the economic regulation that claims the right economic operation of the Spanish professional clubs
