Caracterización del Abuso Sexual en Féminas de la Provincia Las Tunas, Años 2015 - 2016

    Para caracterizar el abuso sexual en las féminas de la provincia Las Tunas, se realizó un estudio descriptivo longitudinal prospectivo, en el departamento de Medicina Legal del Hospital General Provincial “Dr. Ernesto Guevara” en la provincia Las Tunas, Cuba, desde enero de 2015 hasta diciembre de 2016. El universo lo constituyeron todos los casos de delito sexual examinados por esta causa en la provincia, tomándose como muestra a 192 personas del sexo femenino que cumplieron con los criterios de inclusión. El estudio estuvo dirigido a determinar los grupos etarios más afectados, la participación numérica de víctimas y victimarios, identificar la relación interpersonal de las victimas con el acusado, tipificar el delito sexual, así como mes, hora y lugar más frecuente de ocurrencia de los hechos. Resultaron mayormente afectadas las edades entre 12 y 17 años, tipificándose penalmente delitos de abusos lascivos por un conocido, familiar o vecino, prevaleciendo los casos en el municipio Las Tunas, en el entorno del acusado y el mes de agosto, fundamentalmente en el horario diurno. Se concluye que el grupo etario más afectado pudiera estar dado por encontrarse en la etapa de desarrollo físico, pero aún su desarrollo intelectual es incompleto por lo que es más fácil intimidarles; que los agresores sexuales provienen mayormente de adultos pertenecientes al entorno interpersonal del menor o cercano a él; que existe un exceso de confianza, descuidos o negligencias en la selección de parejas o amistades y el no control de las niñas fuera de la casa mientras juegan.

    To characterize sexual abuse in females of Las Tunas province, a prospective longitudinal descriptive study was carried out in the Department of Legal Medicine of the Provincial General Hospital "Dr. Ernesto Guevara", in the province of Las Tunas, Cuba, from January 2015 to December 2016. The universe was constituted by all cases of sexual crimes examined by this cause in the province, taking as sample 192 females who met the inclusion criteria. The study was aimed at determining the most affected age groups, the numerical participation of victims and victimizers, identifying the interpersonal relationship of the victims with the accused of the crime, typifying the sexual crime, as well as the most frequent month, hour and place of the occurrence of the facts. The ages between 12 and 17 years were most affected, criminalizing the offenses of lascivious abuse by an acquaintance, relative or neighbor, prevailing cases in Las Tunas municipality, in the vicinity of the accused and in August, mainly during daytime, participating a victim and an aggressor. It is concluded that the most affected age group could be given by being in the stage of physical development, but their intellectual development is still incomplete so it is easier to intimidate them; that sexual aggressors come mostly from adults belonging to the interpersonal environment of the child or close to her; that there is an excess of confidence, carelessness or negligence in the selection of partners or friendships and the non-control of the girls outside home while they play.
