Resumen de Necropsia Médico Legal en un Caso de Muerte por Infarto Cerebeloso Tumoral Izquierdo

  Se presenta el caso de una fallecida adulta joven, de 31 años de edad, a la que se le realizó la necropsia por el Departamento de Medicina Legal dado que se recogía el antecedente de la caída hacia el plano de sustentación  y se pensaba que era una muerte traumática de etiología  accidental; sin embargo, en el acto de la necropsia se pudo corroborar que no era así, sino que presentaba un tumor cerebeloso que, por la instauración de los síntomas, fue el causante de la caída, siendo un hallazgo durante la necropsia. Con este estudio podemos percatarnos como durante el acto de la necropsia médico legal podemos identificar muertes de causas naturales que en un inicio impresionan accidental; por eso, siempre hay que tener en cuenta el realizar un correcto examen externo e interno del cadáver y no solo llevarnos por los antecedentes del caso.

  We present the case of a young adult deceased, 31 years of age, who was necropsied by the Department of Legal Medicine since the antecedent of a fall to the plane of sustentation was gathered and was thought to be a traumatic death of accidental etiology; nevertheless, in the act of the necropsy, it was corroborated that it was not like that, but that she presented a cerebellar tumor that, by the establishment of the symptoms, was the cause of the fall, being a finding during the necropsy. With this study we can see how during the act of the legal medical necropsy we can identify deaths from natural causes that, at first, seem to be accidental; For this reason, it is always necessary to take into account the correct external and internal examination of the corpse and not just take as granted the case antecedents.
