La grippe saisonnière est une infection virale aiguë fréquente, due aux virus A(H1N1), A(H3N2), B-Yamagata et B-Victoria, responsable chaque année d’une mortalité et d’une morbidité élevées. Le pharmacien doit bien connaître cette pathologie afin de décrire ses caractéristiques aux patients et de les informer des risques qu’elle fait courir, particulièrement chez le sujet âgé.
