  La investigación, tuvo como objetivo general analizar el comportamiento organizacional del talento humano en las instituciones educativas del Municipio Cabimas. Se fundamentó en las teorías de Robbins (2004), Schermerhorm (2007) y Alles (2007). Fue analítica-descriptiva de campo, diseño no experimental-transeccional. La población constó de 60 sujetos. La técnica utilizada para recabar información fue la observación por encuesta. Los resultados indicaron que la capacitación y la estructura son aplicadas en forma positiva, que la personalidad y el cambio organizacional son escasos, por lo que se debe hacer un esfuerzo para proporcionar al gerente y al docente el mejoramiento en estas habilidades

  Research, general objective was analyze organizational behavior of the human talent in educational institutions of municipality Cabimas. Based on the theories of Robbins (2004), Schermerhorm (2007) and Alles (2007). It was analítica-descriptiva field, design experimentaltranseccional. The population consisted of 60 subjects. The technique used to gather information was the observation by survey. The results indicated that training and structure are applied in a positive way, personality and organizational change are scarce, what should be an effort to provide the Manager and teaching these skills improved.
