  • The article profiles the contemporary artist Duane Michals. Primary focus is given to his focus on film later in his career. His retrospective exhibition "Illusions of the Photographer: Duane Michals at the Morgan," which will be held at the Morgan Library & Museum in New York City through February 2, 2019. Also discussed is his series "Paradise Regained" and how his films offer allusions to his life and work.
