Resumen de Divórcio, conjugações acusatórias e laços de solidariedade (Belém, 1895-1900)

As reflexões a seguir tiveram como documentos base ações de divórcio impetradas na cidade de Belém-PA entre 1895 e 1900. Nestes autos notou-se que a acusação formal não era suficiente à condenação do/a réu/ré no Tribunal de Justiça do Estado do Pará, assim sendo elaborar outras imputações (sendo que para estas as relações de solidariedade eram elementares) tornava-se essenciais às possibilidades de condenação e absolvição. Dessa forma, o argumento diretor foi o de pensar que a justiça do Estado do Pará, nas teias de processos de divórcio, não via como prudente um auto percorrer apenas o baseado formalmente (uma acusação), ele deveria ser tramado com outras imputações aqui nomeadas de conjugações acusatórias.

The following reflections were based on divorce proceedings filed in the city of Belém-PA between 1895 and 1900. In these records it was noted that the formal accusation was not sufficient to the conviction of the defendant in the Court of Justice of the State of Pará then elaborated other imputations and became essential to the possibilities of condemnation and acquittal. Thus, the principal argument focused on thinking that the justice system of the State of Pará, in the webs of divorce proceedings, did not see how prudent an auto should be based only on the formal imputation (on a single charge), it should be plotted with other responsibilities here called accusations.
