Resumen de Netlore: leyendas urbanas y creepypastas

Esta investigación se centra en los creepypastas, a los que describimos y categorizamos como relatos breves de terror, cuyo ámbito de circulación es la web (Netlore). Presentan rasgos en común con las leyendas urbanas, los mitos, las leyendas de tradición oral, los cuentos tradicionales infantiles, con los que coexisten. Al igual que la literatura oral, los creepypastas se pueden recrear; esto los transforma en creaciones colectivas y colaborativas. Se presentan con la escenografía de la anécdota, la crónica, el ensayo en un intento de establecer un contrato de veracidad. Se mediatizan vía algún tipo de plataforma de escritura colaborativa. La finalidad de estas plataformas es conformar un espacio virtual de trabajo destinado a la construcción de un proyecto, al intercambio de información o de conocimientos y a brindar ayuda y herramientas a los diferentes actores involucrados.

This investigation focuses on creepypastas, which we describe and categorise as short tales, whose field of circulation is the web (Netlore). They present similar features as urban legends, myths, legends from oral traditions, traditional children tales, which they coexist with. Their recurring subject is universal, atavistic fears. As well as oral literature, creepypastas can be recreated; this transforms them into collective and collaborative creations. They are presented with the scenography of the anecdote, the report, the essay, on an attempt of establishing a veracity contract. They are mediatized via some sort of collaborative writing platform. Its purpose is to conform a virtual space destined to the construction of a project, the exchange of information or knowledge and to provide help and tools to the different actors involved.
