    En esta comunicación presento a las fuentes documentales notariales o judiciales, fundamentalmente, las testamentarias, abintestatos, repartimientos de bienes, …, como testimonios únicos para la reconstrucción de Los archivos privados durante el Antiguo Régimen, tomando como ejemplo un documento del Fondo del Corregimiento de Madrid del Archivo General de la Administración, concretamente: "Los autos hechos por fallecimiento abintestato de Joseph Sánchez, Maestro de Obras que fue de esta villa" del año 1765. Los autos que recogen los bienes del difunto aportan datos interesantes para conocer el oficio de maestro de obras en el Madrid de mediados del siglo XVIII. Este documento es interesante por partida doble, en primer lugar, por su extensa relación documentación generada por su productor en el ejercicio de sus funciones como Maestro de Obras de la Villa de Madrid, y porque es un documento inédito. La presentación de esta comunicación es una oportunidad para llamar la atención sobre este pequeño fondo de interés para la historia de Madrid y promover su investigación.

    In this report l present a notary or judicial documentary sources, mainly last wild and testament, intestate, divisions of property ..., as exceptional testimonies for the reconstruction of prívate archives during the Modem Age, taking as an example a document of fond know The Madrid's Corregimiento, conservated in General Archive of Administration, the document is: "The judicial decree made by intestate death of Joseph Sanchez, who was Master Builder of this town" in 1765. This judicial decree contains the property of deceased person that provide interesting data to leam the profession of Master Builder in Madrid during mid-eighteenth century. This document v-:ould be useful for two reasons. First of ali, by its provides an extensive list of documentation produced by the Master Builder in the exercise of their functions, secondly, by it is an unpublished document. The presentation of this report is an opportunity to draw attention to the fond knows, The Madrid's "Corregimiento'', which it is very interest for the history of Madrid and to promote the research.
