Resumen de Some Observations on the Babylon Section of "Enūma Eliš"
This note argues that those sections of Enūma Elis̆ that deal with the construction of the city of Babylon were secondarily added to the text. This argument is based on inconsistencies and unnecessary repetitions in the text and concludes that "Enūma Elis̆" is a composite formed over time
