Resumen de Los molinos de viento manchegos: Fuente de inspiración y motivo de mecenazgo

  Entre los años 40 y 80 del pasado siglo, numerosos lugares de La Mancha que tenían molinos de viento se vieron patrocinados por distintas iniciativas de índole público y privado con el fin de reavivar la llama de valorarlos como patrimonio arquitectónico y cultural característico de Castilla (la Nueva). Igualmente, algunos lugares donde están enclavados estos edificios fueron fuente de inspiración para artistas, músicos, escritores, sobre todo pintores, que llegaron a habitarlos con el fin de buscar en ellos inspiración para sus creaciones. Con esta comunicación pretendemos dar a conocer todo ese movimiento de promoción que, de las formas explicitadas anteriormente, supusieron un aumento del interés de la sociedad por la restauración, conservación y fomento del patrimonio molinar.

  Between the years 40 and 80 of the last century, many places of La Mancha that owned windmills were sponsored by different public and private initiatives in order to rekindle the flame to value them as architectural and cultural heritage characteristic of Castile (the New). Likewise, some places where these buildings are located were a source of inspiration for artists, especially painters, who came to inhabit them in order to find inspiration in their creations. With this communication we intend to make known all this promotion movement that, in the ways previously explained, meant an increase in the interest of society for the restoration, conservation and promotion of the heritage of the mill.
