    El mandato bíblico de cuidar la creación y la realidad de la agricultura industrial parecen corresponder hoy a dos polos totalmente opuestos e irreconciliables. De ese modo, se gesta un campo de alto tensión entre ambos en que transcurre la vida de seres humanos concretos. Dado que nuestro ensayo pretende ser uno teológico, la opción epistemológica es a favor de estos seres humanos concretos. Primeramente y a modo fenomenológico daremos cuenta de la realidad que constituye nuestra opción epistemológica, a saber: la de los tabacaleros del noreste argentino.

    Segundo, discriminaremos a partir de su vida y pasión los desafíos y las concepciones del ser humano que desde ambos polos actúan sobre estos seres humanos. Por último, pondremos a discusión tres preguntas que abren un campo alternativo al formado por los dos polos opuestos.

    The biblical mandate to care for creation and the reality of the industrial agriculture today seem to correspond to two totally opposite and irreconcilable poles. In this way, a field of high tension is created between the two in which the life of concrete human beings takes place. Since our essay pretends to be a theological one, the epistemological option is in favor of these concrete human beings.

    First of all, and in a phenomenological way, we will give an account of the reality that constitutes our epistemological option, namely that of the tobacco growers of northeastern Argentina. Second, we will discriminate from his life and passion the challenges and conceptions of the human being that from both poles act on these human beings. Finally, by means of three questions, we will open an alternative field to the one formed by the two opposite poles.
