The formation of emotional ties is the result of the relationship dialogue between parents and their children arising from their daily interactions during children’s early years of life. The presence of a handicap may beach the relationship between parents and their child at its very beginning due to the emotional eaning of the sail handicap and the limitation the child may show when reacting to interactions.
