Los avances en inteligencia artificial llegan hasta tal extremo que las máquinas son capaces de crear obras por sí solas. ¿Debe el ordenamiento proteger dichas obras? ¿A quién pertenece su titularidad: a la máquina, a la persona detrás de la máquina o a nadie? La regulación de esta cuestión requiere de normas jurídicas flexibles capaces de adaptarse a los vertiginosos avances tecnológicos a los que asistimos.
Artificial intelligence has made such progress that machines are capable of creating works by themselves. Should the law protect such works? Who owns them:
the machine, the person behind the machine or nobody? The regulation of this issue requires flexible legal standards capable of adapting to the vertiginous technological advances to which we stand witness.
