    L’objectiu principal d’aquest treball és determinar, gràcies a l’experiència personal, si el preu dels vins artesanals és raonable, i un cop obtingut el vi, fer pràctiques com la cromatografia amb el producte obtingut. Un altre objectiu és estudiar les reaccions químiques que es duen a terme i la composició química del vi, per tal d’entendre millor tota la part pràctica sobre la realització del meu vi. A més, en el treball, hi ha diversos apartats que fan referència a fets històrics i artístics, amb l’objectiu d’assolir coneixements culturals sobre el món del vi. I, per últim, però no menys important, el darrer objectiu és intentar esbrinar si el canvi climàtic està afectant la vinya.

    The main objective of this article is to determine, based on personal experience, whether the price of artisan wines is reasonable, and once the wine has been purchased, to practice chromatic analysis with the obtained product. Another goal is to study its chemical reactions and composition, to better understand the practical side of the elaboration of my wine. The study also includes references to historic and artistic facts, in order to obtain cultural knowledge on the world of wine. Last, but not least, another goal is to find out whether climate change is affecting vineyards
