In this article we will try to demonstrate how humanity has discovered, little by little, the ways to create social development needed to progress, from the emergence of primitive man until the creation of the great empires of the East and West. But we will also point out, as this social development ends up provoking the forces that can sink to around a core if it has not developed as much as to have attracted to the peripheral States to their level of development, through the discovery of "backwardness advantages", in a constant race since the origins of humanity.
