Outcrop and well data allows the reconstruction of the Cretaceous platform across its margin, slope and basinal facies over the Prebetic and Intermediate paleogeographic domains. The main sedimentary features recorded on this 70 miles long cross traverse are: a) Shallow and mixed platform with a clastic internal margin and a carbonade shelf, b) Absence of widespread sedimentary hiatus except the late Campanian, Sbl discontinuity on the platform rim. c) Thermal subsidence balanced with sediment supply and sea level changes, d) Anomalous carbonade euphodc growth, non reef a! possible rimmed platform type, during Barremian, Aptian, lateAlbian and CenomanianTuronian
